The four-star hotel Burgblick is situated on the river Salzach’s panoramic river side against a fantastic backdrop of the castle and the old town. All 42 rooms and suites come with a view and a splendid, romantic atmosphere. You can view the longest castle in the world with its 1051m.

From 01 September 2011 we are bound with the Hotel Burgblick to pay a tourism charge to the municipality Hochburg-Ach for each overnight-stay.

This is € 0,50 per night and person as of 15 years and

€ 0,10 per night and person from 6 to 15 year old people and will be charged from our guests in the Hotel Burgblick.

A contemporary Hotel Garni with truly magnificent view of the longest castle of the world which both, the people of Ach and Burghausen alike and especially delighted guests coming from far away, have put to their hearts. In the summer of 2002, the four-star house passed its test when the river Salzach - like rivers throughout Europe rose threateningly -But further than to the parking lot of Hotel Burgblick the river waters did not dare to creep.
